How is an advertiser identified across Telegram ad cabinets?

We extract the cta_url destination from every sponsored message. URLs sharing the same eTLD+1 (e.g. example.com / m.example.com) are grouped under one advertiser. Telegram-internal cta (t.me/handle, ?start= deeplinks) collapse to the @handle. Each advertiser gets a stable slug-id at /advertisers/ .
